Pallet Conveyors

Pallet Conveyors divided into PTS1, PTS2, PTS4 and PTS5 based on different load capacity. PTS1 mostly used in electronics industry, and PTS2 is suit for medium load capacity workpiece, which used very common, it can be used in many applications. PTS4 and PTS5 are widely used in auto industry due to its heavy load capacity.

Pallet Conveyors

Pallet conveyors are suitable to a wide number of industrial production processes which is used to establish automatic single piece flow solutions in machining, assembly, and test processes. Standard conveyor modules make it quick and easy to create simple as well as advanced layouts for routing, balancing, buffering and positioning of pallets.

General Information

	PTS1 Pallet Conveyor (End Drive) Max. load capacity per pallet is 15KG, max load capacity of conveyor is 40KG.
	PTS1 Pallet Conveyor (Center Drive)， Max. load capacity per pallet is 15KG, max load capacity of conveyor is 40KG.
	Double plus chaiconveyor medium; Max. load capacity per pallet is 60KG, max load capacity of conveyor is 600KG.
	90º Round Belt Curve (self-powered)，90º curve conveying of the pallet within the standard pallet width of 320mm and without changing the direction of pallet,and 30kg rotate unit will be recommended for large size of pallet conveying.

	30KG Lift and Transverse Unit，move the workpiece pallets from a transverse conveyor section onto a longitudinal conveyor section with changing direction of pallet.
	30KG Rotate Unit，with pneumatic cylinder conveying of the pallet 90º curve without changing the direction of pallet.

	30KG Lift Unit， is used to transfer workpiece pallets vertically between upper and lower conveyor sections with changing the direction of pallets.
	Pneumatic Stop， is used on conveyors at defined locations where it is monitered whether a pallet is standing at a stop or has passed it when conveyed at speeds up to 30m/min or atloads up to 180kg.
	Pneumatic Damping Stop，is used to stop and separate pallets on conveyors where shock sensitive and fragile parts are conveyed at speeds of up to 20m/min or at loads up to 60kg.The damping can be adjusted by adjusting bolt behind the stop.
	Return Stop， is used to prevent workpiece pallets from returning backwards and is used primarily for PTS2 pallet conveyors.
	PTS4 Pallet Conveyor，Max. load capacity per pallet is 200KG, max load capacity of conveyor is 2000KG.
	200KG Lift and Transverse Unit，move the workpiece pallets from a transverse conveyor section onto a longitudinal conveyor section with changing direction of pallet.
	PTS5 Pallet Conveyor-Cantilever Double Chain Drive (CH1)，Modular design of standard unit (recommended length of standard unit is 1905mm,1968mm and 1981mm respectively according to different roller spacing).

	PTS5 Pallet Conveyor-Cantilever Double Bevel Gear Drive (BG1)，Modular design of standard unit (recommended length of standard unit is1920mm, and 2000mm respectively according to different roller spacing).
	600KG 90° Rotate Unit，of pneumatic or electrical is used to turn the orientation of the workpiece pallet 90º without changing the direction of pallet.
	600KG 180° Rotate Unitof pneumatic or electrical is used to turn the orientation of the workpiece pallet 180º without changing the direction of pallet.
	600KG Lift and Transverse Unit，move the workpiece pallets from a transverse conveyor onto a longitudinal conveyor section with changing the direction of pallet.
